Molly has served as the Contract Specialist/Financial Manager for the PHACS DOC since August of 2007. She manages the 30+ subcontracts generated by PHACS which total around 15 million dollars annually. As the financial administrator of the account,  Ms. Lyons oversees the funding and monitors expenses to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and award terms and conditions. Ms. Lyons has 25 years of experience in grants and contract management. She previously managed a portfolio of 17 programs totaling $20 million dollars at MIT-Lincoln Laboratory. Prior to that, she served as the Grant Manager for the Program on Genetic and Molecular Epidemiology at HSPH.
